Rates are dependent upon the nature of services provided. Cyber Office Assistant offers professional and reliable services.

Services are billed on an hourly basis plus additional costs for any goods, supplies or services provided by a third party - at face value. These incidentals may be requested for payment upfront; for example: stamps, printing, binders, etc. Receipts are provided with all jobs. Billable time is broken into quarter-hour increments after the first hour. Travel time for business related errands are added to the hourly rate. Bills are itemized showing project or task with time spent.

Retainer agreements are available at a discounted rate.

Terms:

I usually require that clients sign a Work Agreement before starting a job. This agreement simply states that we have agreed on an hourly rate and that I am working as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee and ensures my confidentiality.

  • Invoices are submitted via e-mail, fax, or mail. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  • Hours are billed in 15 minute increments past the first hour, which is a minimum per job.
  • Expenses are added to your invoice, at face value, and a receipt is supplied.
