Cyber office assistant offers three pricing structures.  A 25% deposit is required prior to commencement of project.  Payment is required in full right after the delivery of a finished project. Payment in the form of check or money order is payable to Cyber office Assistant.

Hourly Rate:

Clients will be billed $30.00 per hour for general and ongoing administrative and personal

support.  A detailed time sheet will be provided. Billing will be calculated in 15-minute increments after the first hour. There is a one-hour minimum for service. Clients will also be charged-back for all incidental costs such as photocopies, faxes and postage. Travel time for business related errands are added at the hourly rate.

Special Projects:

Quotes for special projects will be provided based on the estimated time and the complexity of the project. All incidental costs associated with the project will be included in the estimate. Weekly Plans:

 
       

Clients who use services on an ongoing basis will get a special rate based on the following plans below. Payment is required bi-weekly.

The Bronze Plan: 5+ hours per week

For clients who use 5 hours of services per week, there is a discount of 10% off the regular rate. There is no carry over if hours are not obtained. You will be invoiced for 5 hours for the week to get this special rate. Additional hours are also billed at the special rate.

5 hours X $30.00 = $150.00 - $15.00 (10%) = $135.00 per week

The Silver Plan: 10+ hours per week

For clients who use 10 hours of services per week, there is a discount of 15% off the regular rate. There is no carry over if hours are not obtained. You will be invoiced for 10 hours for the week to get this special rate. Additional hours are also billed at the special rate.

10 hours X $30.00 = $300.00 - $45.00 (15%) = $255.00 per week

The Gold Plan: 20+ hours per week

For clients who use 20 hours of services per week, there is a discount of 20% off the regular rate. There is no carry over if hours are not obtained. You will be invoiced for 20 hours for the week to get this special rate. Additional hours are also billed at the special rate.

20 hours x $30.00 =$600.00 - $120.00 (20%) = $480.00 per week

Payment:
